Join us for the OVKA Annual Membership Meeting and 2024 Banquet on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton in Hamilton, OH 45013.
- Annual Membership Meeting: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
- Banquet Check-In: Begins at 4:00 p.m. (required for banquet entry)
- Banquet Start Time: 5:15 p.m. (please be seated by then)
Important Details:
- Registration is required for entry into the banquet hall. Check-in upon arrival—no tickets will be mailed. Email confirmation is available upon request.
- A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
- The awards presentation will follow dinner.
Prize Drawing: To be eligible for any prize, you must be present at the time of your drawing—no substitutions allowed. Only one grand prize per racer.
