Join us for the OVKA Annual Membership Meeting and 2024 Banquet on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill at 600 North B Street, Hamilton, OH 45013.

• Annual Membership Meeting: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
• Banquet Check-In: Begins at 4:00 p.m. (required for banquet entry)
• Banquet Start Time: 5:15 p.m. (please be seated by then)

Important Details:

• Registration is required for entry into the banquet hall. Check-in upon arrival—no tickets will be mailed. Email confirmation is available upon request.
• A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
• The awards presentation will follow dinner.

Prize Drawing: To be eligible for any prize, you must be present at the time of your drawing—no substitutions allowed. Only one grand prize per racer.

Hotel Reservations: Book a room at the adjacent Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill. Call (513) 237-8300 and mention “OHIO VALLEY KARTING” for a rate of $129 + tax. Reservations at this rate must be made by January 3, 2025.
