The Ohio Valley Karting Association (OVKA) is a volunteer-run karting club & organization founded in 1964. Our mission is to grow the sport of karting, by hosting races in a family friendly environment, and through our various promotional and charitable programs.

Our membership is drawn primarily from the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas, but also draws racers from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, and Indiana to compete in one of the United States' longest-running competitive karting clubs.

For 2024, the OVKA is promoting 14 points races for our 13 different karting classes at G&J Kartway, which count toward our Season Championship. These include standalone Sunday race days, three Saturday Night races under the lights, two Saturday/Sunday Doubleheader weekends, and our traditional 2-day Mid-Summer Memorial Champ Race. In addition, the OVKA will also hold our non-points Karting 101 and traditional Charity Race events.

Our home track, G&J Kartway, opened in 1962. As a WKA master track, G&J has hosted numerous National and Regional events over the years, establishing itself as a classic circuit in the karting world. For 2024, G&J Kartway has been completely resurfaced with new asphalt and updated curbing.
